Toilet paper rolls and you. Simple and easy crafts you can make.

Did you know that Less than 30% of the world’s population uses toilet paper? Go ahead google it. Copy this and search it "What percentage of the world that uses toilet paper". The majority of the world uses water. Bet you didnt know that. I didn't- woops. I think that TP rolls are a perfect crafting tool. You can craft with littles to bigs, basic to detailed and everything in between with them. Plus who doesnt go through toilet paper. Paper towel rolls work too. Do you remember the great TP shortage of 2020, during the start of the covid? While doing some research for this blog, I discovered that on Dec. 19, 1973, Johnny Carson made a joke about a toilet paper shortage, triggering panic-buying across America. So there is 2 things you learned today along with me.

Let's get started. Here is 4 different ideas that anyone can do and you probably have most of the tools needed already. We will start will simple crafts and work our way to more complicated ones. But I am going to save the best for last!

Realistic looking candles

Level- Easy

• Toilet Paper Rolls

• Hot Glue Gun

• White Paint

• Brown Paint

• Tape

• Battery operated Tea Lights

Use the tape to make a shelf inside the TP roll for the tea lights to sit on. Use the hot glue to make the "melted wax". Paint with white paint, lightly brush the brown paint to make it look dirty (use a wet towel or dry brush to get this look). Add the tealight and you're done. This craft is perfect for any time of the year, but especially great for those 'ber month crafts.
